Ironcladmomentum provides managed investment services across multiple asset classes including cryptocurrency, commodities, real estate, staking, and equities. All investment plans and returns described on the platform are subject to market conditions and are not guaranteed.

• Investment plans have defined minimum and maximum deposit amounts.
• Returns are credited to your interest wallet according to your selected plan schedule.
• Capital returned (where applicable) will be credited upon plan completion.
• Ironcladmomentum reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any investment plan at any time.

3. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information and keep it up to date.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
• Use the platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with these terms.
• Not use the platform to launder money, finance terrorism, or engage in any fraudulent activity.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the platform's systems or security.

4. Risk Disclosure

All investments carry risk. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You acknowledge that:

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits are processed through the supported payment gateways listed on the platform. Withdrawals are processed to your registered wallet or payment method. Ironcladmomentum is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors. We reserve the right to request identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawal requests.

6. Referral Program

Ironcladmomentum offers a referral program. Referral commissions are credited automatically per the rates published in the admin dashboard. Abuse of the referral system, including self-referral or creating fraudulent accounts, will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all commissions.

7. Fees and Charges

Transaction fees, if any, are disclosed at the time of each transaction. Ironcladmomentum reserves the right to introduce, change, or waive fees with reasonable notice.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

Ironcladmomentum reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases of:

• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification when required.
• Inactivity for an extended period.

Upon termination, any pending investments will be settled according to plan terms, and remaining balances may be refunded at our discretion after deducting applicable fees.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ironcladmomentum and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

All content on the Ironcladmomentum platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the exclusive property of Ironcladmomentum and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
